I chose a career in real estate because I love selling houses! To me, houses have so much character and fond memories attached to them. I feel great satisfaction working with buyers, knowing I was involved in sharing their dream of home ownership. I enjoy the challenge and goals of working with sellers to market their homes for sale and to find that special new buyer. Truly a rewarding job that I am privileged to have.

I have over 18 years of affiliation with Coldwell Banker. Experienced in managing and marketing real estate investments in New York and Florida. Successfully closing multi-million dollars in sales. Dedicated and goal-oriented to satisfying clients' needs, works well under pressure in a competitive and challenging environment. Solely managed and leased 60 residential and commercial units, utilizing strong problem-solving skills while handling multiple responsibilities.

Personal Background

I am an Independent woman and enjoy the challenges I have overcome throughout my life. I am very strong-willed and determined to succeed in all my goals. I believe in working hard and am proud of the accomplishments I have achieved this far. I like to help people in need; whatever I can do within my means, I will do. I am a lifelong resident of Troy in Rensselaer County and a proud mother of three grown children and a proud nanny to my beautiful grandchildren, Ava, Camila and Levi, and Calista.

Personal Interests

Owning a historical brownstone has many challenges to face. I like to spend my free time remodeling my home. There is always something that needs repairs or major renovations to be done. I feel the most pride when I see all my hard work transforming my home.

My favorite place to retreat to is Hollywood, Florida, and Lake Shaftsbury, Vermont. Every opportunity that I am fortunate to have, I go.

Professional Interests

I am the proud owner of my grandmother's historical brownstone, which I was blessed to purchase. I have been managing and operating a student housing /rooming house for 15 years.

My long-term goal is to purchase an investment property in South Florida and to sell real estate again in Florida during the winter months.

Specialties

I specialize in selling residential resale, single-family, multi-family, country homes, townhomes, and condos, and I work diligently on selling properties that haven't sold. I have proven success and I am always ready for the challenge.
